About Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah
I’m London-based and I’ve built what people like to call a squiggly career - one that’s taken me across commercial real estate, early careers, graduate recruitment, leadership development, and career coaching over the past eight years.
I’ve worked closely with students, graduates, and early-career professionals who are capable and ambitious, but feel stuck, frustrated or confused in their current position.
Perhaps you have been getting constant rejections from employers and don't know why or you'd like to switch sectors completely, but have no idea where to start.
I’ve supported hundreds of graduates into roles across competitive sectors, including placements at firms such as major real estate consultancies, professional services firms, and global organisations operating in London.
However, I don’t promise outcomes I can’t control.
What I do help you with is:
- Understanding what employers are really assessing
- Translating your experience into something hiring managers recognise
- Navigating unspoken rules around communication, confidence, and “fit”
- Making clearer, more intentional career decisions.
My sessions are practical, honest, down to earth and structured.
I use my Corporate Navigation Playbook as a foundation - a tool I developed through years of working directly with employers and early-career talent alongside career mapping for clients who feel unsure about their next step or pulled in too many directions.
