About Rosie
Hi, I’m Rosie, a career coach and recruitment specialist with experience in helping people secure roles across temporary, contract, and permanent positions across Australia.
Originally from Ireland and now based in Sydney, I’ve built my career working closely with both candidates and hiring managers across the for-purpose and professional services sectors. This gives me a unique, honest perspective on what employers are really looking for, and how to position yourself to stand out.
I’m passionate about helping people feel confident and clear in their job search. Whether you’re preparing for an interview, updating your CV, or navigating a career move, I provide practical, tailored guidance that delivers real results.

My approach to coaching is practical, honest, and tailored to each individual. As a recruiter, I’ve seen exactly what hiring managers look for, so I don’t just give generic advice, I coach you on what actually works in today’s market.
I focus on building your confidence while also refining your strategy. This includes structuring strong, results-driven resumes, preparing you for interviews with real examples and feedback, and helping you clearly communicate your value. I’ll often use mock interviews, live edits, and real job scenarios so you feel fully prepared, not just theoretically ready.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, but I keep things flexible depending on what you need, whether that’s a one-off session before an interview or ongoing support throughout your job search.
I have experience in recruitment across temp, contract, and permanent roles, with a strong focus on the for-purpose and professional services sectors. I’ve worked closely with both candidates and hiring managers, so I understand both sides of the process and how to position you effectively.
