About Elinor
I am a university careers guidance professional with 10+ years' experience working with students and graduates in the UK.
Trained in careers coaching I work with individuals and groups to develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the workplace. I am a qualified Careers Adviser for Higher Education, holding a postgraduate diploma from the University of Warwick.
I also have significant experience managing student and graduate work experience and job programmes, and of working with UK employers to understand their recruitment needs.

During our sessions we can focus on your career ambitions, your online presence, CVs and applications or preparation for interviews and assessments.
I will use coaching models and techniques to support you during our sessions.
Typical sessions are 60 minutes in length.
I have been trained in Careers Coaching on the Careers Development Institute accredited postgraduate course at the University of Warwick, UK.
If you are a university student or graduate you may have access to other sources of support - I will always work with you to ensure that my coaching sessions are a suitable fit for you.

Perfect! Elinor was absolutely wonderful! Perfect! I can’t recommend Elinor highly enough. She showed great professionalism and patience to support my son in the hugely difficult challenge of securing his first job after university. Not only did she provide excellent guidance, she did so in a way that enabled my son to become increasingly self reliant and confident in his own abilities. He was therefore able to successfully navigate a complex recruitment process for a highly desirable job - from initial application to multiple interviews and an assessment centre. Elinor’s support in this process was critical.
