As a Cégep student who attended English high school and consistently averaged over 80-90% in all English classes, I know how to make English understandable and less overwhelming for students. My goal is to help students feel more confident in their reading, writing, grammar, and oral communication skills—whether they're just starting out or preparing for final exams. My teaching style is simple, relatable, and based on real conversations. I explain things in everyday language, break down assignments into clear steps, and give lots of examples. I adapt each lesson based on how you learn best—whether that's going through texts together, writing practice paragraphs, reviewing class notes, or even just talking things out. A typical lesson might include: Reviewing a recent homework or class topic Practicing specific skills like grammar, writing structure, or reading comprehension Working through examples step by step together Leaving you with personalized tips or a small practice task for next time What sets me apart is that I understand the school system, because I just went through it myself! I know what teachers expect, how to approach assignments, and how to break big tasks into smaller pieces that actually make sense. My lessons are perfect for elementary to high school students (Grades 1 to 11), whether you're struggling with the basics or aiming to boost your marks.
