About Reese
Hi, I'm Reese from Brighton — a CELTA-qualified native English speaker who helps adults become more confident, natural speakers. Teaching genuinely excites me because there's nothing quite like watching someone who's been struggling finally express themselves the way they want to. A lot of adult learners already understand English well but feel nervous the moment they have to actually speak — and being a native speaker gives me a unique opportunity to create a relaxed, pressure-free space where that changes. Helping someone go from anxious to confident in conversation is exactly why I do this.

My teaching style focuses on building fluency through real interaction rather than memorising grammar rules. I believe language improves fastest when students actively use it in meaningful discussion.
I specialise in working with adult learners who already understand English but need structured speaking practice to build confidence and sound more natural.
In lessons, I:

Reformulate sentences naturally to model correct structure
Encourage extended speaking rather than short answers
Focus on clarity and communication over perfection
