About Étáin
I completed my grade 8 piano training with West London College of Music. Prior to that, I had completed piano training with the Royal Irish Academy of Music. I also play harp, completing my grade 5 training with ABRSM. I have previously taught piano to both young learners and adult learners who have flourished under my guidance. Indeed, one of my students recently opened his own professional recording studio!

As an accomplished pianist, I am very familiar with both British and Irish piano examination requirements and can assist learners who wish to work towards examinations. I can also assist learners who wish to piano in a more informal setting, structuring lessons around appropriate pieces the learners themselves have selected.
I offer music theory and composition training integrated into my piano classes. I also provide a number of engaging daily activities students can do outside of class to strengthen the muscles needed for piano and to reinforce their musical knowledge.
