About Susanna
I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and I've been giving individual and group classes in Spanish, English and Italian. I studied with Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga teachers in India and completed the 200 hours Hatha Vinyasa yoga training at the Yoga & Yoga Barcelona school.

I consider yoga a life tool and I have a true passion for teaching as a way of sharing this practice. My classes are dynamic and fluid and focus on synchronizing the breath with the movement and developing a strong body awareness. I work strength, flexibility and balance adapting the classes to the student.
