About Kadie
Some of my interests include teaching, yoga, reading, music, drawing and travelling. Occasionally I take advantage of my experiences and interests by using them in my lessons to encourage engaging conversations.

Hello, I am a native-English speaker, born and raised in the south of Scotland.
My bubbly personality and approachability have allowed me to interact well with young children and beginner students, making them feel calm and relaxed during my lessons. Due to this I am best suited to teach children aged 4 to 15.
In my lessons I encourage students to speak as much as possible and of course to have fun. I have many demo videos available, please let me know if you would like to see any of the videos and I can send you the link.
My interactive lessons, support my students to learn in a fun environment, I strongly believe in a student centred approach so all my lessons are tailored to every individual student. Lessons length depends on the student, ranging from half an hour to an hour.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Art Degree in Child and Youth Studies
- 188-hour Level 5 TEFL Certification (TEFL.Org UK)
Experience:
- 2+ years of teaching experience as a Deputy manager and preschool teacher
- 2+ years as an online English Tutor (children aged 3 to 13)

My daughter (8 years old) attends the British school of Brussel and because she is not native English speaker she needs more support. Kadie is a qualified English teacher, her lessons are always good prepared, she can understandable explain the grammar rules to my daughter. Kadie is the person, who truly loves teach the children. My daughter is always looking forward to the English lesson with Kadie
Kadie supported my young daughter (Ava, aged 4) in learning her phonics, this was in preparation for her starting school. Kadie was kind and patient and used fun and interactive ways to keep her motivated and interested during the lesson. She was also very flexible with her times as I believed an hour was too long for Ava so she arranged half hour lessons for her. I highly recommend Kadie as a tutor.
