The older sister shows a strong interest in learning Chinese. She reads very fluently, demonstrates a solid understanding of the texts, and expresses herself well in spoken Chinese. At the moment, she needs to reinforce Chinese character writing, as some characters are easily forgotten without regular practice. It would also be beneficial for her to further expand her vocabulary and increase her exposure to extracurricular reading.

The younger sister has excellent speaking skills, learns pinyin very quickly, and shows strong overall learning ability.

Both sisters are attentive and engaged during lessons, and it is a pleasure teaching them. It is truly a joy to teach them. I am looking forward to seeing them continue to make progress.

Sienna has built a strong foundation in Chinese, with clear, accurate pronunciation and a very natural speaking style. She is able to communicate confidently in everyday situations, which is a fantastic achievement at her level.

While there is still some room to improve the flow between phrases and refine grammatical accuracy in spoken Chinese, these are very typical at this stage and do not affect her overall communication.

As she is currently preparing for exams, our focus would be on strengthening her understanding of more complex sentence structures and expanding higher-level vocabulary — key areas that will help her reach the next level with confidence.

Sienna is a motivated and fast learner, and it is an absolute pleasure working with her.

Charles is curious and learns very quickly. Lilly is energetic and engages well with interactive activities. Charles also helped his sister answer questions, which was wonderful to see. Both of them are very good at imitating my pronunciation. I believe they will make a big progress over time with consistent study.
Stuart and Maria create a very warm and supportive home environment. I truly enjoyed teaching the lesson. 😊

Steven really showed a strong ability of pronunciation imitation, although he is just a beginner. He was always actively trying and improved quickly just after a few practise.

What makes me even happier is his reasons for learning Chinese - travel, food, friendship- very warm.

I’m really looking forward to continuing this journey with Steven and seeing his goal achieved.

Both children performed amazingly in today’s lesson. Despite their young age, they mastered new words very fast, participated actively, and showed excellent manners.
