About Spera

Cycled over 10,000kms in 4 years while doing it for charities, local races and social rides with friends and various cycling groups in and around South Africa. I have a cycling WhatsApp group of over 30 members varying from absolute beginners to seasoned racers.

About the lesson

1 Lesson = 1 Hour I love cycling and I try to get as many people involved. Cycling is quite fun and easy on the body. It is also a rewarding sport for long-term health benefits. I teach those that are extremely new to cycling and provide the basic fundamental skills from balancing, clipping into pedals, or changing gears, just to name a few. These skills are worked on weekly to get you ready for your first-ever race. I also offer skills training for the above-average person who would like to beat traffic commuting to work.

Tamuka is an inspiring cycling student who started from the bottom and worked his way up to become a proficient rider. When Tamuka first started, he couldn't even balance on his bike, but with perseverance and dedication, he has improved significantly.

Tamuka's journey has been a remarkable one, and it's a testament to what can be achieved with determination and effort. Now, Tamuka and I ride occasionally every week to help him improve his strength and get ready for an upcoming race.

Tamuka's progress has been impressive, and he has come a long way from where he started. He has built up his endurance and stamina, and his technique has improved dramatically. His commitment to his training and passion for cycling have been inspiring to watch, and I have no doubt that he will continue to achieve great things in the future.
