About Karen
I am a native speaker from Ireland, with a Level 5 Ofqual Degree in both TESOL and TEFL, and I am currently working full-time for International House in Spain.
Some of my hobbies include: being outdoors (hiking, surfing, gardening), listening to music (pop, techno, indie), and trying new things. I’m interested in fashion, sustainability, psychology, nutrition, yoga and art. So far I have travelled to Spain, Italy, France, Hungary, Slovakia, all of the UK, Tenerife, America and Canada, and I can’t wait to see more of the world, and learn about new cultures!
I can speak Irish and I'm learning Spanish, which is why I understand how difficult it can be to learn a new language. I am a sociable person who loves meeting new people, and helping others achieve their goals! Why not book a FREE first class with me to discuss your language learning goals and see if we're a good fit?
