About Nancy
I am a certified English teacher whose current Colorado certification expires in 2028, and have taught K-12 and worked with students of all ability levels. My teaching career has taken me from Colorado to Arizona and New Mexico, and up into Idaho and Montana. I also have experience supporting at-risk and SLD students who need extra time and support to complete assignments.

I help you develop your writing skills by teaching the fundamental elements of writing and working with you to increase your mastery of content and style. I'm also there for you as you learn how to analyze and understand literary passages and write about them.
As a tutor, I am there for you step by step until you feel confident that you have understood the concepts and your work shows that you know how to apply them consistently.
I am open to working with every age group from middle school to college level and have tutored graduate and post-graduate students as well.
