About Lourdes
I am a Certified ESL Teacher, as well as a Career and Lifestyle Coach. I have been teaching ESL for the past 8 years to adult learners. I teach Grammar; Business English; Conversation; Writing; Reading and Cross-culture skills.
I have been coaching for the last four years in Career and Lifestyle.
As a Lifestyle Coach, I offer customized coaching to individuals and also in small groups, in Personal & Professional growth in a series of topics:- Appearance & Presentation; Body Language - Non-Verbal Communications; Business & Social Etiquette, and Emotional Intelligence.
I am a non-traditional Career Coach, I teach people to monetize their gifts and talents, by giving them the tools to change from their 9 - 5 jobs, to choose an unconventional career that they are passionate about.

My teaching method is interactive with structured lessons, Text Book Manuals with exams to be completed before advancing to the next level.
A typical class will begin with the session with a conversation with some Q & A, followed by a written Lesson and a quiz or another activity.
My teaching method is part of my personality traits, to make the student feel as comfortable as possible to express themselves without any fear or additional stress.
My classes are designed for adults who want to upgrade their English Language skills for personal and professional career advancement and growth.
