I took classes for weight management. Started the classes with free trials and continuing with satisfaction for a pretty long time. The trainings are good and I am happy that I shreded good weight. There are some offers like free diet plan, nutrition monitoring etc.....
Perfect trainings, Punctuality. Taking classes for more than six months. Unique way of teaching the strech work outs. She also having a team of dietician and nutrition. First three months free diet chart. Good trainer
