As a fitness and dance aerobics trainer, my teaching approach is all about making workouts fun, engaging, and results-driven. I believe that fitness should never feel like a chore, so I incorporate rhythmic movements, energetic music, and dynamic exercises to keep my students motivated.
Teaching Techniques & Methods:
> I use a blend of dance aerobics, functional training, and bodyweight exercises to ensure a full-body workout. My sessions focus on improving flexibility, stamina, and strength, while also making sure that each move is safe and effective.
Class Structure:
> Warm-up (10 mins) – Light cardio and stretching to prepare the body.
> Main Workout (30-40 mins) – A mix of dance routines, high-intensity exercises, and strength training.
> Cool-down & Relaxation (10 mins) – Stretching and breathing exercises to improve recovery.
