About Pranav
I am Pranaav Grover and I've been into the field of health and fitness for past 10 years, i started working out very early in my life as i was always concious about my health and i how i looked. It always motivated me and drove my passion towards working out in the gym to have a good looking and healthy body.
But as every newbie suffers, i did too. Being an amateur i faced many difficulties and injuries, i was stuck with my results even after giving in my best and despite putting in a lot of hardwork.
Atlast i decided to study it scientifically and understand how my body and nutrition worked. Correct form of exercises and an ideal workout regime to lift safe and keep lifting heavy. It is then when i saw results and decided to teach people what i learnt with so many setbacks and difficulties. I don't want clients to make the same mistakes that i or every amateur in the gym does and to suffer any consequences.
Trust me once you've learnt the science is the day your journey changes all together and your hardwork will start paying off and you'll be able to achieve all your goals with ease.
