About Zara
Hello, I'm Zara, a certified yoga instructor specializing in Hatha Yoga with over five years of experience teaching both offline and online. My journey into the world of yoga began with a deep appreciation for its transformative power in fostering physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.
As a certified yoga instructor, I have undergone extensive training and obtained certification in Hatha Yoga, a traditional form of yoga that focuses on physical postures, breath control, and meditation techniques. Over the past five years, I have had the privilege of sharing my passion for yoga with students from diverse backgrounds, guiding them on their journey towards health, balance, and inner peace.
