About Wesley
With a Music Education degree from WLU and a recent Teaching degree from UWO, I am qualified while still being young and passionate. I have experience tutoring “Musical Skills” (Ear training) at WLU, and have taught band classes at 3 Waterloo Region high schools.

When teaching any type of music, it is essential for me to understand the wants and needs of the student and parent(s) that I am working with. I understand that some students may hope to play music for leisure purposes only, while some would like to pursue an in-depth music education. Therefore, while I am capable of teaching “for performance,” I find it important for my students to learn techniques that allow their instrument to be a tool which allows them to fully explore and enjoy music.
