About Navid
Hi, I’m Navid – a certified personal trainer with over five years of experience helping people achieve their fitness goals with structure, support, and results they can feel proud of.
I’ve worked with individuals from all backgrounds – from beginners to competitive athletes – guiding them to build muscle, lose fat, improve strength, and feel more confident in their bodies. Here’s a bit about my background:
- I specialise in muscle building, fat loss, powerlifting, and personalised strength training
- I’ve coached volleyball teams and played at a national under-18 level
- I also bring years of experience in boxing and MMA, which helps me design effective and engaging programs for a wide range of fitness goals

* Real-time instruction and form correction
* Motivation and accountability throughout the session
* Progress tracking and technique feedback
* Expert guidance tailored to your fitness level and pace
- This option is ideal for those who thrive with structure, regular check-ins, and the energy of a live coaching environment — all from the comfort of home.
2. 6-Week Transformation Program (No Live Sessions) Perfect for those who prefer flexibility and independence. You’ll receive a customised diet plan, goal-specific workout routine, and ongoing support throughout the 6 weeks. Here's what you'll get:
* A fully tailored training and nutrition plan based on your body type, goals, and preferences (including vegan/vegetarian diets)
* Supplement guidance (if needed)
* Unlimited Q&A and check-ins via message – I’ll be there to support and adjust your plan as needed
