About Katherine
I started out as an Industrial Engineer, where I worked on systems management and improvement for 3 years. Now I work with people, helping them optimize their well being to create a life they love living. I have been a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition for over a year, and recently completed my course to be a certified personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am passionate about teaching, making high-level and complicated information simple and digestible for clients to take action on.

My coaching is extremely client driven, but a few areas I think are key for a healthy, vibrant life are: moving your body, eating more plants, and focusing on self care. As a certified personal trainer, we can work together to create an exercise routine and schedule that fits your lifestyle, even if you only have twenty minutes and no gym membership! As a certified health coach, I have studied a variety of diets and know that everyone is unique. what works for one person won’t work for everyone. whether you are looking to go vegan or just want to learn to love vegetables, we can work together to create healthier habits in the kitchen. More workouts and vegetables won’t do you any good if you are still chronically stressed and overwhelmed. build a routine that makes time for self care, that you can actually stick to, and that helps you create more space in your life to do the things that you love. We will have 90 minute phone calls twice per month, for as many months as you desire. You will get activity sheets to complete each week, journal prompts, and access to my Wellness Library and Exercise Library.
