I have 4 years of basketball, 4 years of volleyball, 8 years of swimming, 8 years of martial arts (Karate and boxing), and 2 years of running. I have also had my own weight loss journey after having gained 20 pounds when college started. I lost 30 pounds of muscle while gaining 15 lbs of muscle.
