About Gorang
I have learned the biomechanics of the human body along with physiology and kinesiology and I train my client with such workout which replicate the biomechanics of the human body.
There are 5 main components of Fitness they are:
1. Musculoskeletal strength
2. Muscular Endurance
3. Cardiorespiratory Endurance
4. Flexibility
5. Ideal body Composition
If you are lacking with any of the 1 component then you are not considered Fit.
With my training you can achieve all the 5 components and can achieve amazing results.
