About KIMBERLY
Hi! I’m Kimberly (Kim), a qualified Physical Education teacher with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physical Education. I’ve been teaching for several years, helping students of all ages improve their fitness, skills, and confidence in movement. My goal is to create a supportive and positive learning environment where every student feels motivated to reach their personal best. I tailor each lesson to fit your individual needs and abilities, whether you’re just starting out or aiming to excel in sports or general fitness. I am committed to professionalism and clear communication, ensuring that you get the most out of every session. I see physical education as more than just exercise — it’s about helping people feel confident, enjoy moving their bodies, and build healthy habits for life. I focus on making lessons fun and practical, so you can learn skills and improve fitness in a way that works for you.
In my classes, I combine hands-on practice with simple explanations about why each exercise or skill is important. I like to keep things positive and encouraging, so you stay motivated and proud of your progress.
Usually, lessons last around 45 to 60 minutes. That’s enough time to warm up, work on skills or exercises, and cool down without feeling rushed.
I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physical Education and several years of teaching experience. I’ve worked with different ages and skill levels, so I’m happy to help beginners, students, or anyone wanting to get better at sports or fitness.
My lessons are open to all ages and levels — whether you’re just starting out or want to improve your performance, I’ll tailor the lessons to fit your goals.
