About Anirudh
I am a 5-year experienced physiotherapist with in-depth knowledge of the human body. Have been a sportsman since a young age and have been a basketball team captain while I represented my team at state level. I have been a fitness enthusiast who has learned how the body behaves to the stimulus provided to it. How it can grow and move better is what I do.

With deep knowledge of the human body and being a sportsman since a young age, I have had a keen interest in how the body grows and works in different scenarios. How metabolism affects the body and what body type needs exactly what is what I learned and practised. Also have been a physiotherapist for the past 5 years and practising this profession to help people move, grow and have a healthy life.
