About Sandra
As a certified professional coach, I have the good fortune to work with clients in the UK, Europe, USA and New Zealand.
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the British Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), a qualified mental health first aider with a degree in Social Science.
My passion is to help others achieve and fulfil their potential.

Using the energy leadership index (ELI) a research-backed attitudinal assessment that captures how you currently perceive and approach work & life. We debrief the results and create awareness and insights which in turn provide you with the opportunity to reshape your outlook and transform who you are.
The assessment in online and does not take long for you to complete, the results are emailed to you direct. I arrange a debrief which take on average 90mins, I explain what the result are indicating and we have a Q & A.
I am a certified professional coach and energy leadership index master practitioner with the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC)
The ELI is for anyone who is looking to manger their stress and create opportunities in their everyday life.
