With 8 years of saxophone teaching experience, I’ve come to believe that the most effective lessons are those that meet students where they are. I prioritize the core techniques every saxophonist needs while staying rooted in the music that students love. Using familiar songs as learning tools keeps students motivated and helps theory and technique become second nature.
