About Sylvia
Passionate about movement and the human body, I have been practicing Pilates for more than 13 years. I then became passionate about aerial disciplines 7 years ago and since then I have made it a job as well as a passion. I am a certified Polestar Pilates studio, and a first level teacher of Aerial Physique method.

Workouts for all levels, to be carried out at home to regain physical shape and improve your performance. I propose pilates workouts for those who want to rebalance their posture and get back into shape. Athletes of aerial disciplines and pole dance can train with me both for strength and flexibility, to improve their exercises with the apparatus.
