Welcome to my space of mindfulness!
As a yoga instructor, I offer multi-level practices and also guide yoga monitors towards advanced techniques. My goal is to create an environment where you can connect with yourself and live in the present moment.
We begin with a guided awareness, followed by preparatory practices and psychophysical postures. We also explore breathing techniques, relaxation, and meditation.
Yoga is more than just a physical practice; it is a way of life that integrates all dimensions of our being. I invite you to join me on this path of connection and growth.
