My signature online sessions are a holistic blend of classical ballet precision and therapeutic yoga alignment, accessible from anywhere in the world. We focus on decompressing the spine, opening the chest to reverse 'desk slouch,' and building a strong, functional core.
Each 60-minute virtual class is strictly personalized to your fitness level. We start with a mindful warm-up, move into ballet-inspired strength exercises for grace and tone, and conclude with deep yoga stretches. You will develop the long, lean aesthetic of a dancer while achieving mental clarity. No ballet barre or previous experience is required—just your mat and a commitment to your well-being.
