I'm so lucky to have found Emica as my yoga teacher! I discovered her through photos of outdoor classes by a peaceful pond - the scene was so beautiful that I knew I had to join.
As a beginner, Emica was exactly what I needed. She's enthusiastic and attentive, giving gentle guidance to perfect each pose. Thanks to her classes, I've gotten stronger physically and found more inner peace.
Also, I've never done wheel, she gave me individual yoga adjustment especially for this, and I successful did the first wheel pose with her!!! I was so appreciate ️

Emica is a great coach. I really am happy that I started my yoga journey with her. She was so precise and detailed from day 1. I loved the idea and also the time she had spent on creating such a great questionnaire to get to know her students better on what their special needs, weaknesses/limitations and ambitions are. She even asked questions on my first session over my answers and really the focus she had in all the following lessons was around me approaching my goals without getting injured. Not getting injured, as many of us beginners do in yoga, was my first priority and she had taken good care of that to her best in each session, taking a pace and approach that was best for me and my physical abilities. I had a great progress in just 10 sessions and unfortunately I had to pause for a bit due to other commitments but Emica I am coming back in 2025 and so much looking forward to that and can't wait to see what is next in my yoga journey with you. Before having a lesson with Emica, I tried a few yoga classes and struggled to keep up with the pace, and some routines were beyond my flexibility. I had my first private yoga lesson with Emica; it was a 6-star experience. Emica accurately assessed the need for me (a keen golfer) to strengthen my lower back and have unrestricted movement of my shoulder. She tailored the lesson to my flexibility and pace. I also learned how to breathe correctly, something we may all take for granted or not aware of its importance. After my first lesson in the morning and hitting a few holes of golf in the afternoon, I can clearly feel the difference in my back and shoulder movement; it is a lot more flexible and steadier. I highly recommend Emica's private lesson to anyone.

I had a zoom session with Emica. It was quite surprising to see how well it worked! Emica was able to guide me through posture correction and through the steps by giving clear and precise directions. I struggle with transitions due to my bad back. Emica instinctively figured that out and took that into consideration when helping with movement. I think she is really lovely and has an open, encouraging disposition. A great instructor!

I started yoga with Emica as a pure beginner, and I've been practising with her for 6 months. Before working with Emica, I didn't get full attention from the trainer in group classes; therefore, I never truly learned how to properly do any poses.

After working with Emica, I learnt that yoga isn't about copying the poses we see. I gained awareness of my body when I do yoga now. Conscious of which muscle to engage, when to tuck in my belly, and not to over-extend my knees and elbows. They're precious knowledge to keep me safe from any injuries while enjoying my yoga practice.

I really like how Emica is so patient. She would explain everything I needed to know repeatedly and help me tweak my poses until I was confident about doing it on my own. Thank you for always telling me: "Yes, you can", when I doubt myself.

I have been learning yoga privately with Emica for 3 months. Before working with Emica, I didn’t have much improvement with some yoga poses. After working with her, I now understand yoga more in depth and feel motivated to practise everyday. Emica always meets my expectations. She explains every poses and steps clearly in details. Emica is truly AMAZING! As a beginner, I love how she slow things down just so i can catch up and have been super patient with me. The hour I spent doing yoga with Emica was the best hour of my week. I got everything I needed, a little bit of work-out to break some sweat, strong stretch in sore muscles and deep relaxation at the end. I have often found it hard to get onto my mat and get into the flow, but Emica has a beautiful aura that she brings to each class. I feel a sense of calm and peace through her yoga sessions. I especially love the introduction to pranayama.

I've known Emica for a few years now after we were acquainted via mutual friends. I still recall when we used to attend yoga classes in Sydney together and she's since taken her passion one step further and channel it towards teaching yoga. Being a relatively new instructor, she's especially perceptive towards beginner yogis and helping them ease into the practice. She is also very adaptive as she uses valuable feedback to tailor her class according to the intentions and capabilities of the yogis in attendance. I would recommend her class if you're looking for that personal touch which may otherwise get lost in a cadence of poses.

Her energy is warm and infectious! She is incredibly caring about her students too! I'd recommend Emica to anyone looking for a feel good yoga session.
