Having learned from experts from Sivananda Kutir in the Himalayas, I am on a journey to share the teachings for a healthy mind and body. I spent time in Rishikesh as well as Uttarkashi in India for learning basics of yoga and applying these to day-to-day life for a healthy lifestyle.
