About Lorenzo
I found yoga during a challenging period in my life, and it became a powerful source of healing. I found my grounding and slowly restored my wellbeing, both physical and mental. Similarly, I grew closer and closer to my sense of spirituality.
Sharing yoga now feels. more of a path for mutual growth, where both teacher and student learn from each other. This is the approach that guides my teaching, very much close to my personal experience and this sense of self awareness and self development.

I am a certified Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher, completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Raj Yoga in Rishikesh, India in 2023. My teaching is shaped by extensive practice throughout India—most recently in McLeod Ganj at Om Yoga Ashram, where I also led Vinyasa classes—and by immersive training at The Yoga Barn in Bali, Indonesia.
I specialise in flowing sequences that connect breath, movement, and mindfulness. Rather than long static holds, my classes focus on creating a fluid and energising experience for all levels.
Classes are approximately one hour and prioritise a Vinyasa-inspired flow to feel grounded, open, and revitalised.
