Hi, I’m Tanvi Porwal — RYT 200 Certified Yoga Teacher, Prenatal Yoga Specialist, and Nutritionist. I started my journey in the corporate world as a sales professional, but my passion for wellness led me to pivot into full-time yoga teaching — a decision I truly cherish. I specialize in Prenatal Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, blending movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. I also guide my clients toward a holistic lifestyle through Ayurvedic principles and nutrition. I offer both online and offline personal classes, creating personalized practices to support your journey toward balance, strength, and inner peace.
