About Rene
I have been practicing yoga for 25 years and teaching yoga for 20 years. I have worked with beginner yogis, experienced yogis, athletes, seniors, and people rehabilitating from injuries. I enjoy helping people stretch, strengthen, and build flexibility through an active or restorative practice.
