About Neha
I’m Neha, a dedicated yoga and mobility coach with 8 years of experience guiding people toward stronger, more flexible, and pain-free movement. My journey began with a deep curiosity about how the body works, moves, and heals. Over the years, that curiosity has evolved into a mission to help others feel more connected to their bodies not just during a workout, but in everyday life. I believe movement is a form of self-care and empowerment. Having seen how mindful mobility and yoga can transform posture, balance, and overall well-being — both physically and mentally — I feel a responsibility to share it. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced mover, I want to make these tools accessible, safe, and effective for your body and lifestyle. My goal is to create a space where you can move with intention, listen to your body, and build strength from the inside out.
