About Vancheeswar
I am a Science Graduate and Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Consulting and Process Optimisation
I am training to be a teacher starting this year and working for my PGCE. I work as Teaching Assistant in a local Secondary School and work with students with learning disabilities teaching them Business Studies, Science with a focus on Physics and Chemistry

My teaching methodology is based on project and assignment work with a firm grounding in principles of the subjects taught.
I currently work as a teaching assistant in a secondary school working with young adults with learning difficulties and assist them in Science and Business Studies at GCSE and A levels.
Outcome focused lessons with rich feedback have been key features of successful lessons. I expect and insist on high expectations of students in working on and delivering on lessons. I also nurture and enable student self-esteem to become successful learners.
