Jaroslav has mentored me over a six month period, meeting monthly, via zoom due to the current situation. However, I do not feel this had any negative impact on the meetings, I was still able to build a strong relationship based on trust and openness. Initially, Jaroslav ascertained what I wanted to achieve, from there a plan was outlined. The meetings were well structured with a natural flow to them, with challenging and provoking questioning to make me assess my position and situations.
