About Aidan
I am currently a student at Johns Hopkins University, studying Chemical and Bio-molecular Engineering. Starting from a young age, I would always have trouble understanding the topics taught in class. I hated the way they taught, and I could never remember the lessons from prior days. However, in high school and college, I experienced a new way of learning that was more engaging and would help to recall new information. I would like to share this method with other students so that they can also enjoy the love and appreciation for math/science that I now have.

I believe the best way to learn is by trying it yourself, with emphasis on finding your own way of understanding it. This would be achieved through first establishing how and why we would be using a certain topic (its applications). Many students are able to learn new techniques, but do not properly incorporate them. My goal would be to introduce the student to a problem, and guide them to the correct answer. This method encourages students to approach problems intuitively, making it easier to remember more difficult ideas. I can provide lessons for high school math and chemistry, although I do have experience with physics, biology, and statistics.
