About Alyssa
Hi! I’m Alyssa, a first-year Chemistry and English Literature/Writing double major at UCSD. I have been tutoring K-12 students for 5+ years, and try to make lessons approachable and fun! My goal is to help you understand a wide-range of subjects, and learn how to tie the lessons together. I took 9 AP and 8 honors classes in high school. I look forward to meeting you!

Depending on what you need I can either build a lesson plan, and use our time to supplement your lectures and classes, or create a unique study guide with practice problems to target areas you need help with. I am also able to help structure essay outlines, draft theses, and edit essays. I work best with students at a middle school to high school level, including working with honors and AP students.
