I am a chemistry graduate of the University of Sheffield and have been tutoring my little brother in the sciences since he began secondary 3 years ago, who is now placing top of his class in end of year exams.

My teaching method is to ensure a solid understanding of the theory behind the subject being taught, before going through endless problems until methods for tackling the problems are ingrained. Pretty much how I got through uni! I am a firm believer also in teaching around the subject also, as to generate interest. In my experience people do better in the subject they're studying if they are interested in it.
