About Rishika

My interest in chemistry began with curiosity about molecular interactions, reactions, and the practical applications of chemical principles. I earned a B.Sc in Chemistry and an M.Sc in Organic Chemistry, combining theoretical knowledge with extensive laboratory experience. Over 8 years, I have guided learners at all levels, helping them develop strong conceptual understanding, laboratory skills, and critical thinking. I focus on structured, interactive, and patient teaching methods to foster confidence, comprehension, and curiosity. I adapt lessons to the student’s needs. Beginners learn foundational concepts and simple experiments. Intermediate learners tackle multi-step reactions, stoichiometry, and applied laboratory techniques. Advanced learners explore complex reactions, equilibrium, and spectroscopy, developing independent problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills. My teaching emphasizes curiosity, persistence, and structured thinking. Outside teaching, I remain engaged with research, laboratory projects, and scientific developments to enrich lessons. Witnessing students gain mastery, confidence, and enthusiasm for chemistry is immensely rewarding. My goal is to empower learners to approach chemistry analytically, independently, and creatively.

Chemistry becomes most accessible and interesting when learners can see the connections between molecular structures, chemical reactions, and real-life laboratory experiments. Beginners focus on understanding atoms, bonding, and simple laboratory techniques through visual demonstrations and guided exercises that build foundational comprehension and confidence. Intermediate learners tackle more complex topics, such as multi-step reactions, stoichiometry, thermodynamics, chemical kinetics, and laboratory data interpretation, linking theoretical knowledge to practical application and analytical reasoning. Advanced learners explore equilibrium, spectroscopy, reaction mechanisms, and experimental design, developing independent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and scientific reasoning. Lessons integrate step-by-step explanations, hands-on experiments, and interactive discussions to promote active engagement and intellectual curiosity. Students are encouraged to make predictions, analyze outcomes, and adopt systematic approaches to laboratory work, reinforcing structured thinking, observation skills, and persistence. The goal is to help students develop mastery over both theoretical and practical chemistry, preparing them for academic success while fostering curiosity, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking. Every session is designed to ensure students gain confidence in their abilities, apply scientific principles effectively, and enjoy the process of discovering how chemicals interact and transform in practical experiments.

Lesson pacing is adapted to each student’s level. Beginners strengthen foundational concepts with visual demonstrations and guided practice. Intermediate learners develop multi-step reasoning, applied reactions, and laboratory competence. Advanced learners explore complex reaction mechanisms, equilibrium, and spectroscopy while refining independent analytical skills.

Chemistry lessons enhance observation, logical reasoning, and systematic problem-solving. Students gain confidence in interpreting results, understanding chemical principles, and connecting theory to practice. My aim is to inspire mastery, curiosity, and analytical skills in every learner.
