About Reina
My fascination with chemistry began with a desire to understand the transformations that occur in everyday life, from cooking to environmental processes. This curiosity led me to pursue an M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, where I developed a strong foundation in chemical theory, laboratory techniques, and analytical reasoning. Over the past 11 years, I have guided students of varying levels, helping them achieve clarity, confidence, and independent problem-solving skills.
I believe effective chemistry teaching combines patience, structure, and real-world connection. Lessons are tailored to individual needs, fostering both conceptual understanding and practical ability. I focus on encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and engagement, helping learners connect abstract concepts with tangible applications.
Outside the classroom, I continue exploring advancements in chemical research, instrumentation, and sustainable practices. Teaching chemistry is immensely fulfilling because I witness learners gain both competence and confidence. Supporting students as they develop analytical skills and an appreciation for the molecular world is the most rewarding aspect of my work.
