About Michelle
I am a qualified lecturer, with three adult children of my own. I have been a trauma-based foster carer for 20 years with experience in many areas. I have a great deal of experience in lecturing on many areas of health and social care - trauma, attachment, safe care, autism and ADHD, learning and development for children with SEN and more. I will adapt lesson planning to meet individual needs and preferences and I have a flexible and inclusive approach to teaching.

I can help you with all levels of learning in many subject areas based around child development and health and social care. I am a parent of three, foster parent to many more with 30 years of experience in trauma-based parenting. I specialise in equality and diversity training, alongside many other areas of social care.
