About Iris
Rhythms from my childhood define my teaching style. I teach because music is a cultural legacy. My 20 years of gigging across Australia keep my fingers moving. I grew up playing bolero, flamenco, and chacarera. These traditions form the foundation for all my students. I work with teens and beginners who want real technique. My guitar skills cover everything from tabs to electric lead work. Ear training is essential for every player. Sometimes music is just about the feel of the strings.

Picture yourself playing along to a custom backing track in your living room. I build these tracks so you can solo with confidence at home. We focus on acoustic technique and fingerpicking basics. Reading sheet music becomes second nature here. My 20 years of experience help me fix your posture quickly. I enjoy seeing students find their own groove.
