About Jenny
I am a recent college graduate, a native Mandarin speaker, have been polishing my English skills over twenty years, and achieved advanced level of Japanese through college. As a language learner and a teacher, I have tutored and taught Chinese to dozens of college students in the past three years, who have improved their pronunciation and grades significantly.

My past students and tutees were mostly college students and young adults with different levels of Chinese proficiencies, but mostly in first- or second-year of college Mandarin classes. My teaching method is immersion. As a language learner myself, I understand the importance to repeat and practice. I also base my class materials on my students' needs, some might focus on conversations and some might focus on grammars or getting the homework right.
