About Paola
Ciao! I’m Paola — originally from Italy and recently moved to Toronto for a new adventure. I’m a very friendly, easy-going person who loves cooking, going for long walks, and having good conversations, so teaching Italian feels like the perfect way to connect with new people. As a native speaker, I bring real everyday Italian into my lessons natural expressions, authentic pronunciation, and cultural insight. Even though I’m new to tutoring, my approach is relaxed, clear, and conversation-focused. We start with a warm-up chat, explore a useful theme of the day, build vocabulary, go over simple grammar when needed, and practice through short dialogues or real-life situations. My lessons are great for beginners, travelers, or anyone who wants to improve their speaking confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
