I’m a young passionate chef who’s been in the game for 9 years, yes 9 years!
I’ve worked in hotels, pubs restaurants and have even toured with some famous people which was such good fun, Im on here because I want to teach people the skills I’ve learnt on my travels in the catering industry which I can assure you it wasn’t an easy ride.

I’ve been a chef for 9 years and have never looked back, I have worked in hotels, pubs and have even done touring work with famous artists, but my biggest passion is Italian food.
My lessons will involve how to make fresh hand made pasta, delicious Italian starters and mouth watering sauces.
The lessons will vary from an hour to 2 hours long depending on what we are making in the session.
