About Mila
As a recent Cinema Studies graduate I cannot believe that I achieved my dream of studying in France and becoming fluent in French. I would love to be able to help those who are still on the path to fluency. I want to share my experience and knowledge, providing them with the insights I wish I had learned earlier. I have spent the last 3 years writing and presenting complex essays entirely in French and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

As a tutor I hope to help support my students on their language learning journey. I understand that everyone’s needs and means are not the same.
- Tutoring sessions centred around oral and written exam preparation (with tips and tricks from someone who has done it before).
- Private tutoring for one-on-one help.
- Group lessons (of up to 5 students) focusing on conversational French, oral exam preparation, and listening and reading comprehension.
- Conversation and activities (games) in French with younger children.
- Standard tutoring sessions are 50 minutes in length.
- Longer sessions are 1 hour and 20 minutes in length.
- Tutoring lessons suited to students 18 years and younger.

I had Mila as my French tutor for a few months to prepare me for going on exchange to France! She was such a fantastic teacher - very prepared for what I wanted to work on in the lessons and had fun suggestions for improving my French. She really helped me practice my speaking as we would talk for the whole lesson in French. Mila was super knowledgeable about preparing me for uni in France too. Couldn’t recommend more :))

I am happy to charge a reduced fee for group lessons:
- Groups of 3-5 ($20 per person) for a 60 minute lesson.
- Groups of 2 ($30 per person) for a 60 minute lesson.
- Groups of 3-5 ($25 per person) for a 1 hour and 25 minute lesson.
- Groups of 2 ($40 per person) for a 1 hour and 25 minute lesson.
For private lessons:
- $40 for a private lesson of 60 minutes.
- $55 for a private lesson of 1 hour and 25 minutes.
I am happy to discuss lesson lengths and prices further in accordance with students needs.
