About Molly
I am a Cardiff based clarinettist who is at the beginning of my career as a professional musician. I grew up surrounded by music and having different teaching styles growing up so I know what I would like to teach to my pupils and more importantly, how I would NOT like to teach! I have studied music academically throughout school whilst playing alongside my studies. I have done plenty of solo playing as well as ensemble and orchestral playing so I feel as though I have a wide knowledge of clarinet repertoire. I played saxophone in school so I feel as though I could teach the basic technique but I also have many connections to saxophonists who I could pass you onto once reaching that level!

- I am a Masters student at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama studying clarinet primarily but I have experience playing saxophone! - I would be very happy to teach clarinet up to grade 8/diploma level, sax up to grade 5. - I've played clarinet for over 10 years and did both GCSE (Achieving a 9) and A-level (Achieving an A) Music, so I would also be happy to help with theory. - I would be happy to do 30-60 min lessons. -DBS checked! -Experience with leading workshops in schools so I have worked with children before.

Perfect! Molly was friendly and informative. Did not bombard me with information but gave me essential tools to progress. I haven't played for over 60 years and have forgotten the finguring. I cannot praise Molly enough, when I have assimilated what she taught me I will def be booking her again.
Perfect! Molly is a lovely teacher. Very relaxed with lots of encouragement and positive feedback. I loved her use of imagery to describe how a piece should flow or sound. I say piece … after my first lesson I was happy to be playing more than 20 bars. I would recommend Molly.
