About Emma
I am a student at the University of Nottingham studying archaeology and classical civilisation. I have particular interest in Ancient Greek literature and pre-historic archaeology. I have 3 A-Levels in History, Classical Civilisation and Graphic Communication. I also have high grade GCSEs in English Language and English Literature.

It's very hard to learn new things when you're not interested in them - I believe the best methods of teaching should be both engaging and educational. Therefore, I aim to incorporate interactive activities into my sessions alongside more practical study.
For me, teaching is a two way process and is unique to each student; I am always keen to receive suggestions and new ideas from both students and parents so I'm able to tailor my lessons perfectly to you.
As my taught subjects are essay based, a typical lesson would most likely include discussing, reviewing, and answering some essay questions. Lessons can also include looking into context, structure and exam techniques, as well.
